This bumper sticker was brought to my attention and I thought it was appropriate with its obvious reference to a woman’s right to choose though it can apply to other issues as well. A bridge to no choice is what one gets when electing evangelical or born-again Christian religious zealots to political office with their narrow, black & white view of what is right and what is wrong.

After 53 years I’ve learned to be extremely cautious of anyone who believes God is on their side and discovered that those who wear their religion on their sleeve usually need more help than the world they are trying to save.

Thanks, but no thanks Ms. Palin.
