Oyster Shell

The above image of a back-lit oyster shell was a CombineZP merge of four photos using different focus points. A Nik plugin (Duplex) was used within CS2 to produce the overall tone.
This second image was also a CombineZP merge though there was a bit of fill flash as well as the back lighting and the colors are natural.

Interesting play of light and shadows, Richard. Seems like you do a lot of experimenting with software. I just picked in the Nik Complete suite myself.
